SARCOM

Field-Ready Internet

Built for the Teams Who Go First

SARCOM was born from field failures, comms breakdowns, and the question: “Why isn’t there a comms kit that just works—everywhere?”

A Welsh Field Challenge

SARCOM was developed by the team at Dragon WiFi Ltd, based in Pembrokeshire, Wales. What began as an internal project to solve connectivity issues during local SAR exercises quickly grew into a full-blown deployment platform after seeing consistent failures of commercial routers and hotspot systems in rural terrain.

“We were tired of field kits that fell over in valleys or needed rebooting mid-rescue. So we engineered our own.”

SARCOM deployment in the field

Purpose-Built, Not Repurposed

SARCOM isn’t a home router in a case. It’s a bonded, mission-hardened system designed for people under pressure—designed to be operated by gloves, on a bonnet, in the dark.

Field First

Every cable, light, and latch is considered from the perspective of a responder in the field.

Reliable By Design

Redundant power, bonded paths, auto-healing mesh—built in, not bolted on.

Zero BS

No dashboards hidden behind logins. No long boots. No fluff. Just working comms.
